Study Plan

After attending today’s workshop, you have an understanding of the test’s format, how it is scored, and the types of questions you will see on it. Now, it’s time to PRACTICE.

1. Watch the YouTube video channels shown below.  These have great reviews for both test-taking strategies as well as a number of problem walkthroughs.

2.  On the Bluebook app, take Digital Practice Test 11.

3.  Look at the detailed score report.  For each problem you get wrong, plug it into your AI assistant along with your answer and enter the following prompt:

“On this question, I answered “enter letter.”  Please explain to me, like I am a 6th grader, why my answer is wrong and why the correct answer is correct.”

4. Once you get that explanation, give your AI assistant this prompt:

“Generate three more SAT questions that are either styled on this question or test the same underlying concept so I can practice this question type.”

5.  Make sure you know your math formulas for test day, including:     –the quadratic formula

-exponent rules

-the three basic trig functions

-the equation of a circle.

6  Study grammar, including:

-punctuating clauses

-‘s vs. s’

-misplaced modifiers.

7. As was stated in point #1, WATCH THE YOUTUBE VIDEOS.  They are the easiest, best prep you can get outside of attending our live classes.
